Return Policy:
 

London streetwear MATE LONDON will accept eligible items for return, exchange, or refund within 30 days of delivery.

All returned items must:
 

• Be unused and unworn

• Be in original packaging

• Have all original tags attached

• Be in resellable condition

• Include proof of purchase
   

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
 

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
 

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Provide your order number and clear photos/videos
   

We will offer:
 

• A replacement item, or

• A full refund where applicable
   

Exchanges:
 

We offer exchanges only in the following cases:
 

• Wrong item received

• Damaged product

• Manufacturing defect
   

Size exchanges may be limited due to POD production and availability.
 

If an exchange is not possible, we may offer store credit or refund.
 

Refunds:
 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
 

If approved:
 

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

• Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider
